A 31-year-old Lockwood Avenue mother was arrested early Monday under Leandra’s Law on four counts drunken driving for allegedly driving intoxicated with four children in the car with her. Latrice D. Robinson was stopped by Buffalo Police Officer Kenneth Agee after she allegedly sped past a stop sign on Bailey Avenue at Boehm Place about 12:30 a.m. Robinson told the officer she was driving home. The four children in the car ranged in age from 9 to 15. Police Investigator Santos Diaz said Robinson had a blood-alcohol reading of 0.15 percent, nearly twice the state’s legal limit....
