A man convicted of drink driving after being found in the driver's seat of his car, drinking a can of Cody's and listening to music with the keys in the ignition, has had his conviction quashed. Scott Perry blew a reading of 879 micrograms of alcohol per litre of breath after drinking half a box of the bourbon RTDs on August 20 last year. He denied he had been drink driving, and argued he had been waiting for his girlfriend to collect him at the time.
